Summerland Designs, Inc. cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping, or natural disasters.

Authorization
When you place an order with Summerland Designs, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute Summerland Designs, Inc. products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify, defend and absolve Summerland Designs, Inc. and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses

Cancellations
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled after confirmation of Sales Order.

Order Changes
Order changes (piece, color, artwork, shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup or proof charges. If production has started, the change cannot be accepted

F.O.B. Virginia
Summerland Designs, Inc reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless otherwise specified. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by the customer or by Summerland Designs, Inc.

Product Specifications
Summerland Designs, Inc. reserves the right to modify products as needed to assure quality and product availability.

Return Policy
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment of order. Defective merchandise must be reported to us w/in 10 days from receipt of order. Prior to return, all merchandise requires a Return Authorization from Customer Service.

PMS Color Match
We can custom mix colors for you based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). We cannot guarantee exact color matches, however we will make every effort to match as close as possible.

Rush Service
Please contact customer service. Rush charge may apply.

Paper Proofs
A no-charge Paper Proof will be provided on each order. Any changes to the layout or artwork will require an additional proof.

Spec Samples
Available at Setup charge(s) plus Cost of Item.

Catalog
1) Summerland Designs, Inc reserves the right to modify products and prices as needed to assure quality and availability.
2) As with all publications there are typos. Summerland Designs cannot be held liable for typographical errors.

Trademark Notice
The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as samples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to
represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks.

Production-Ready Order (Must Include)
1) Purchase Order (w/ Purchase Order No., Item No., Item Color and Description, Quantity, Imprint Method and/or Color, Ship To Address, Ship Method)
2) Camera Ready Artwork
3) Approval of Proof
4) Approval of Sales Order
5) Approval of Credit

Production Time
Standard production time (30 Working-Days) is available on most products (for catalog quantity orders). Production time begins upon receipt of Production-Ready Order. For orders above catalog quantities ,

or for custom orders, contact Customer Service for production time.

Payment
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. Custom orders, and large orders will require a deposit.

Less Than Minimum
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed in the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted with an additional charge of $50.00 (v).
